Hi, I’m Seth Olson, founder of Hill & Harbor Construction.
My passion for building started when I was 10, working alongside my dad. That experience eventually led me to earn a degree in Construction Management. Over the years, I’ve managed large-scale commercial projects, built high-end custom homes, and handled complex residential restorations, learning every detail of the trade from site preparation and foundations to fine finish carpentry.
Today, I put that experience into building custom decks and outdoor projects that are made to last. In a screen-filled world, I believe in creating outdoor spaces where families gather, share meals, and make memories, built with low-maintenance materials and construction methods designed to hold up for decades, not just look good for a season.
As a husband, father of two daughters, and an outdoorsman, I care about how a home feels and functions for the people living in it. I treat every project with the same pride and attention to detail that I put into expanding my own family’s home here in Duluth.
